I’m joining the Mindanao Bloggers Summit!

I registered as participant for the First Mindanao Bloggers’ Summit and I will be attending on October 27, 2007 at NCCC Mall, Davao City.

I have already asked permission from my parents, they eventually permitted me to attend the said gathering. But I will be having a rush-in schedule because on the following day of the summit I have to be in Lake Sebu as early as 8am for the 3-day 3rd Mindanao Volunteers Convention wherein, I am one of the Min-staff/facilitator.

Aside from the party and talks, the event will surely become a stream for new ideas that will benefit Mindanao.

"Spotlight Mindanao: Blogging for Culture, Identity & Understanding.", was the theme of the event.

I shall be in Davao on the that date. Thanks to the sponsors who were so generous in helping The Usual Suspects in making the event possible.

graduation day

52nd Commencement Exercise (Notre Dame of Marbel University) 2008 I was just wondering why time flies so fast. Yesterday was my last day as a student. The New Hobby - Wakeboarding!

Last week, we went to the South, CWC (CamSur WaterSports Complex), CamSur for a short vacation that was extended for 2 more days because of the typhoon threat in the province. It was indeed the coolest weekend ever! I learned the art of wakeboarding in their cable park there. I was inspired and was able to practice some stunts and played wakeboarding with a jump start. Now, it will be my new hobby and sport. On that vacation, I realized that wake boarding was a good athletic exercise for abdomenal and body build up. I hope to do it often (with friends) as hobby. We also have witness the best Asians riders compete for the top rank in the 3rd stop of the Asian Wakepark Tour which is the 2nd Asian Wakepark Championship in CWC . We joined and watched also the premiere of Aquafrolics: A Wakeskate movie at the Poolside and party with the people there. Also pack of candies and fun were given to us for joining trick or treating in our last minute in the place before we went back to Manil
