The CS-IT Department Mascot. The one that was kept as the symbol of the department for the 2006 2-day CST (College of Science and Technology) celebration. It was chosen as the best mascot for this year in the college.

It was then adopted by the department as a symbolic figure. Why a fighter robot? They might have inline the concept of making and designing it with the theme of the celebration, "Raising the Bar of Excellence through Responsible Leadership and Student Activism". The sword represent more of the proactiveness and being responsible of the student. The robot itself sybolize activeness and maximum participation of the department.

I don't know, but maybe it would be just like that.

though it looks like an ordinary robot and cheap, it was a creative output of the conserted effort of the department officers. It was made of dragged pieces of karton (paper). Even if it does not look too goodm we still proud to have that mascot.

graduation day

52nd Commencement Exercise (Notre Dame of Marbel University) 2008 I was just wondering why time flies so fast. Yesterday was my last day as a student. The New Hobby - Wakeboarding!

Last week, we went to the South, CWC (CamSur WaterSports Complex), CamSur for a short vacation that was extended for 2 more days because of the typhoon threat in the province. It was indeed the coolest weekend ever! I learned the art of wakeboarding in their cable park there. I was inspired and was able to practice some stunts and played wakeboarding with a jump start. Now, it will be my new hobby and sport. On that vacation, I realized that wake boarding was a good athletic exercise for abdomenal and body build up. I hope to do it often (with friends) as hobby. We also have witness the best Asians riders compete for the top rank in the 3rd stop of the Asian Wakepark Tour which is the 2nd Asian Wakepark Championship in CWC . We joined and watched also the premiere of Aquafrolics: A Wakeskate movie at the Poolside and party with the people there. Also pack of candies and fun were given to us for joining trick or treating in our last minute in the place before we went back to Manil
