A friend gave me a Christmas gift. A Hero (Be Somebody) Novelty photo holder! This was for being recognized as a modern hero. I thought that was absolutely awesome, and a bit random. So it got me thinking – what is the best or strangest gift you’ve ever received last holidays? The gift is now displayed in the cabinet of my toy collections. This simple gift always reminds me that even superheros need a hero - I need one.

Hello 2010! It’s been quite a long time since I posted. I did not have time to blog since Christmas break as I kept myself busy with lots of stuff and I think I’ve partly lost enthusiasm in blogging but I’ll post here from time to time. Or maybe I just became wanderlust! The last few weeks of 2009 was FUN and full of adventure, I really had a long busy vacation way back home. Our family was complete during Christmas and New Year celebrations; there were also so many reunions and gatherings with old friends, classmates, and relatives. I thought that I will be having enough sleep during my vacation in Marbel, but I was wrong, every day was a busy-and-no-sleep-only-fun day for the partying and get-togethers were left and right. Now that it’s already 2010, I thanked God for the providential blessings; I also thank everyone for the gift of love, and for journeying with me in this life. 2010 is sure to be a great year for the Philippines.
